Church Membership

Being a member of Fellowship Church is about being a part of a family. God designed the church to be a family of believers who help each other follow Jesus and love the world together. You were made to belong, and we believe that the Bible encourages all Christians to belong by being meaningfully involved and committed to a specific local church.

HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER

Step 1: Be a Christian

We believe that the church is made up of those who have trusted in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, and who express a clear testimony of their faith in Him.

Step 2: Attend our “Discovering Fellowship” Class

Belonging to Fellowship means knowing Fellowship. Our “Discovering Fellowship” class is designed to help newcomers get to know what our church is all about. It’s a great opportunity for anyone to learn more about us – our history, vision, doctrine, defining values, ministry philosophy and structures. Attending the class doesn’t commit you to anything, but in order to become a member you must attend the class. Sign up for our next class here or find out more info by contacting us.

Step 3: Membership Interview

Belonging to Fellowship means that you not only know us, but that we know you. The last step before becoming a member is sitting down with an elder from our church. This can sound intimidating to some people, but we promise it’s not. This meeting gives us a chance to hear your testimony of faith in Jesus. It also gives you a chance to ask any remaining questions.
